Our general gender equality index has a score of 100 points
The UES H2A, in line with the Government's request, provides you with the result of
its Gender Equality Index for the year 2020.
This is broken down into several indicators:
- Pay gap between women and men: 40 pts
- Difference in the distribution of individual pay increases between women and men: not calculable
- Gap in the distribution of promotions between women and men: 15 pts
- Rate of employees receiving a pay increase after their return from maternity leave: 15 pts
- Gender distribution of the ten employees with the highest salaries: 10 pts
This brings the General Index to 80 points out of 80, raised to 100 points out of 100 due to the rule of proportionality.
TCA, in line with the Government's request, provides you with the result of its
Gender Equality Index for the year 2020.
This is broken down into several indicators:
- Pay gap between women and men: 40 pts
- Difference in the distribution of individual pay increases between women and men: not calculable
- Rate of employees receiving a pay increase after their return from maternity leave: 15 pts
- Gender distribution of the ten employees with the highest salaries: 5 pts
This brings the General Index to 60 points out of 65, raised to 92 points out of 100 due to the rule of proportionality.
