Choosing the work processes for managing reimbursements for TV games while also ensuring the protection of participants’ data
Although an important economic resource for TV channels, games also demand extensive management efforts both in terms of the volume of data to be processed and at the regulatory level. That is why a large media group called on H2A to handle the reimbursement of the costs of participating (text messages, phone calls) in its TV games.

Together, they:
- Introduced a specialized end-to-end process dedicated to the management of reimbursements.
- Developed a filtering tool to handle applications made by players.
- Brought together a dedicated back-office team to receive mail, check the validity of the supporting documents (bank details, bills, usage readings, etc.), enter the participants’ data, make the reimbursements via bank transfer, etc.
- Set up a secure workplace to collect the participants’ personal data.
